Official Rules & Terms – Made for Moments Giveaway Eligibility:
The “Made for Moments” Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one entry per household. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

‍Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted starting July 1, 2025, and must be received by 11:59 PM EST on July 27, 2025.

‍How to Enter:
To enter, submit a photo of your backyard or outdoor space along with a short written story describing how a Fisher’s Backyard Structure would help create a meaningful space for connection, relaxation, and memories. Entries may be submitted through our website using the "Made for Moments" form submission.

‍Prize Details:
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a $5,000 discount toward the purchase of a Fisher’s Backyard Structure. Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Prize must be redeemed by August 31st, 2025. All valid entrants will receive a $500 discount code applicable to any structure purchase of $10,000 or more. This code will expire on August 31, 2025.

‍Use of Submissions:
By submitting an entry, you grant Fisher’s Backyard Structures the unrestricted right to use your submitted photo(s), and written story for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes across our website, social media, email, and other platforms—without additional compensation. You affirm that you own the rights to the submitted content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

‍Winner Selection & Notification:
The winning entry will be selected by the Fisher’s Backyard Structures team based on authenticity, heart, and alignment with our brand values. The winner will be notified by email or phone on or around July 31st , 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

‍Other Terms:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform. By entering, you agree to release Fisher’s Backyard Structures and all affiliated parties from any liability arising from or related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.
